Nineteen twenty-nine was a difficult year in our country’s history. But amidst the great challenges of that year, a humble, skilled laborer from Harleysville began a small business destined to grow into a community institution. In 1929, Isaiah T. Landes realized the American Dream by starting his own business, Isaiah T. Landes Plumbing and Heating.

By 1933, his son Henry joined the family business, to be renamed I.T. Landes & Son. The groundwork was now laid for expansion, growth, and eventually succession. Today, the company is owned and operated by third and fourth generation family members, Larry, Mike, and Chris Landes.

Over the years the business grew to include Air Conditioning Services, Fuel Oil Delivery, and Commercial and Industrial Services. Our staff of over 100 and fleet of over 75 service vehicles currently serve customers throughout four counties in Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Our main focus is, and will always be, on the complete satisfaction of our customers. We also continually keep an eye on new technologies in order to meet changing needs. I.T.
